Eclat had built strong momentum on Amazon thanks to products that delivered real results at an affordable price. But as the brand looked to move beyond e-commerce into crowded retail shelves, it needed a clear point of difference. In a market overflowing with similar claims, Eclat had to stand out with a story that was both credible and distinctive.

I helped define a brand strategy centered on the untapped power of floral extracts—transforming Eclat’s positioning into something memorable and ownable. With this foundation in place, the company revamped its product lineup, rebranded with a new name, and redesigned its packaging to bring the story to life on-shelf and online.
