Everlane built its early success on radical transparency, proving that doing good could also build a strong business. But as the brand expanded its ambitions — and as responsible fashion became mainstream — its focus began to blur, putting it at risk of getting lost in the crowd.

WORK

I defined a clear, culturally resonant brand purpose that reestablished Everlane as a leader and set the tone for the category’s future. I also developed customer personas that gave teams across product, marketing, and communications a sharper picture of their audience.
