CONTEXT
While many competitors faded, American Eagle thrived thanks to the loyalty of its female shoppers. But their menswear line faced a growth challenge: male customers often drifted away after high school. To capture both younger and older male audiences, the brand needed a clearer understanding of what each group wanted.
WORK
I led in-depth research with both age segments and distilled the findings into editorial-style personas. These personas revealed the unique needs and motivations of each group, guiding new product strategies and marketing approaches that kept male shoppers engaged with the brand.
